The Lakers returned home here to L-A amongst doubt and skeptisism after losing the 1st 2 in Boston. Not that it should come as any surprise but Laker fans do not even approach the diehard stature of Celtic fans. Losing the 1st 2 games of this series has shaken alot of their confidence that made the lakers favorites when this series started.
Again, not that this should come as any great revelation, but the local media has led the way with, well, calling a spade a spade by chronicling the reality of the situation after losing the 1st 2, and the history-The Celtics have never lost a playoff series after wining the 1st 2 games.
What do i expect tonight?- go back to my blog a few days ago on Kobe. He is definitely going to take about 30 shots tonight and some of his outside shooting counterparts are going to light it up in the friendly confines of the Staples center. Can the Celtics match this- we’ll see. Paul Pierce has always played very well in his home town and I expect the same tonight. Could be a similar duel as Cleveland’s game 7. We’ll be here for it all to bring it home to you.
