Patriots fans worst fears, to say nothing about Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick’s, have become reality-Tom Brady has suffered a knee injury, the extent of which is not known (and probably won’t ever be). This much we do know -Brady is out of this game right now and his return is listed as “questionable”. I can tell you that there is no way he going to return to this game and I think he will be out at least a few weeks.
Brady was injured near the end of the 1st quarter after he threw a completion to Randy Moss(which he fumbled). Brady was injured when a Kansas City lineman bumped into Brady’s knee looking like he hyper-extended it. Brady proceeded to grab his knee in pain but did manage to limp off the field under his own power. That Brady was able to limp off without being carried off offers a glimpse of optimism that the injury is not a devastating season ender.
I’ll update you from Foxboro as soon as any additional details become available.
