Coco in again, Ellsbury out for game 5

The decision to play Crisp and sit Ellsbury came as no surprise with Rays lefty Scott Kazmir pitching tonight since Crisp is a switch hitter, hitting .283 (3-8) in this series and .300 against Kazmir over their careers.

Meanwhile the left handed hitting Ellsbury is still in his 0-20 slump, 0-14 in the ALCS . More of a surprise is how Francona juggled the rest of the line-up moving Mark Kotsay to 9th in the batting order after going 1 for 3 in game 4, 4-17 (.276) in the ALCS.
