Celtics-Hawks: I Hate See Saws

But that’s what this one is after three quarters. The proverbial back-and-forth affair if you will. Both teams are tightening up the defense. Kevin Garnett (10 in the quarter) and Paul Pierce (12) have carried the scoring load for the Celtics, the biggest perhaps being a pull-up three by Pierce on a fast break that gave Boston a 69-67 lead. But the Hawks came right back. They lead 77-76 after three. With a battle at hand, CelticVision is going to the Hoosiers clip. This always makes me well up. “All right! Let’s go! Let’s go! Let me hear it!”
