Celtics-Pistons: Better Late Than Never

So after offering my sage wisdom to the fine students at Boston University, I have made it here in time for the second half.

A familiar face to Red Sox fans tells me the Pistons got out to a 14-2 start, and then the defense kicked in, allowing the Celtics to finish the half with an 11 point lead.

Now we’re into the third and the Celtics are holding on to that lead. The immortal Kwame Brown is in the game for the Pistons. What a long ride it’s been for him… drafted #1 in 2001, torn apart by Michael Jordan, and stops all over the league. He actually has 8 points and 7 rebounds so far, so maybe he’s finally found a home.

Rasheed Wallace may want to find a new home… Kevin Garnett is abusing him on both ends of the floor.
