Boston to Seattle II

Those dreadful words from the cockpit- “We expect to fly into powerful headwinds which could delay our arrival into Salt Lake City”. Ugh.

But our efficient Delta flight staff got us out of the gate on time (even a few minutes early) and with no wait on the tarmac, we actually took  off a little early making up some time, allowing us to arrive in Salt lake City on time. Yes, you heard it-5 plus hours of flying time and we were on time.

Next flight shceduled to take off on time – at 11:05am mountain time (1:05 EST) as we try to get to Seattle on time for 4:00 est kickoff, which is-as of right now- 3 1/2 hours away, and I’m still 45 minutes from taking off from Salt Lake City. This is going to be real close. As long as no one takes the opening kickoff back for a TD( and no storm clouds pop up out of the blue- it is perfectly clear here in Utah), I should be good. Stay Tuned.
